Trevor Dagg Managing Director
As a keen sportsman, coach and IT professional Trevor is passionate about high performance. He has over 20 years experience in IT and supporting HR teams. Previously held senior management positions at Elan Corporation plc, a leading Irish pharmaceutical company and Labyrinth Solutions who were acquired by British Telecom in 2001.
Brian Billings HR Director
A proven HR expert with broad skills across all areas of HR. Brian has experience across a number of different sectors and was previously Group HR Manager for Ireland’s biggest developer. He has particular strengths in performance management, training and development, reward & benefits, organisational development and restructuring, recruitment and selection ER/IR and aligning, people, policies and procedures to support organisations strategic goals. Brian is a Chartered Fellow CIPD, Post Grad Diploma HRM, Science Degree BSc.(Hons.),has recently completed Higher Diploma in Science in Software Development.
Alacoque McMenamin Operations Director
Programme & Operations Manager with over 20 years experience who has delivered on projects and provided Programme Mangement Services in IT, eLearning, Finance, HR, Customer Service and Product launch. Hands on experience in leading large complex multi-projects, delivering milestones on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
